International Collaboration with Community Impact

On July 3–4, 2025, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) held the
International Community Engagement Program in partnership with the
Instituto Profissional de Canossa (IPDC). This initiative marked a significant milestone in academic cooperation, as it was the first program of its kind organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), particularly by the Department of Administrative Management Education.
During the opening ceremony, the Dean of FEB Dr. Sutiman, M.Pd. emphasized the program’s innovative character, a sentiment further reinforced by the Head of the Administrative Management Education Program, Dr. Siti Umi Khayatun Mardiyah, M.Pd. The initiative focused on knowledge sharing across three strategic areas:
- The application of Artificial Intelligence inTeaching and Learning processes (presented by Yuliansah, M.Pd)
- The promotion of Digital Literacy in Records Management (presented by Ilham Ramadan, M.A.B) and
- The exchange of best practices in strengthening Internal Quality Assurance (by Dr. Siti Umi, M.Pd) and Measuring Students’ Learning Outcome by Dr. Riana Isti, M.Pd).
Each thematic session was accompanied by pre- and post-assessment tools, aimed at monitoring participants’ knowledge acquisition and evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed activities.
The IPDC expresses its deep appreciation for the creativity, initiative, and dedication demonstrated by the members of the Program Team. It is hoped that this joint effort will mark the beginning of a trajectory of sustainable partnerships with lasting mutual impact in the landscape of international higher education.
